Meet the Phoenix puppies! These adorable cuties are ready to rise up and begin new lives with lucky forever families to call their own. Mama Phoenix is a little lap sized possible Chihuahua and Terrier mix. We don't know who their dad was, but believe these puppies are on track to stay small to medium sized as well. They are friendly, wiggly and happy puppies that love to give kisses.
