In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Luna came to us after losing one owner and then being abandoned by another. She was slow to trust — sitting frozen in her kennel for days. But once she opened up, we saw exactly who she'd been hiding: a silly, joyful, zooming, snuggling girl who had just needed someone to wait for her.Luna does the best zoomies. She greets her favorite handlers like they're the most important person who ever walked through a door.
