Mom was a small beagle lab mix and dad was a border collie mix. Spazz is a special girl, who had a fall at 5 weeks old . She is smart friendly, and healthy, it just takes her a minute to get where she's going, as she lacks co-ordination. Her Foster Mom has seen her make great strides, in just a few weeks she has gone from rolling everywhere to actually getting on her feet and scampering around.
