Dash's story began during a Trap-Neuter-Return outing when volunteers spotted a tiny gray and white kitten who was clearly struggling. He was severely underweight, starving, and suffering from an upper respiratory infection. Thankfully, Dash came from a location where a kind caregiver had been feeding his mom and siblings, so despite everything he had endured, he already knew that people could be trusted.
