Otto

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

OTTO – Otto came to All Shepherd Rescue when his owner developed medical issues and could no longer care for him. Despite the unexpected change in his young life, Otto is a sweet, gentle boy who is adjusting to the change in his life . It appears that neither Liesel or Otto were given the type of exposure to new sights and sounds that puppies need . They are extremely shy but gentle and sweet.
