In the shelter’s words · excerpt

I’m Momma Tortilla. I’m almost five years old, and I’ve learned to move carefully through the world.I came from a situation where things were crowded and uncertain, and at one point I ended up outside in a crate with my kittens. They’ve all gone on to find their homes now. I’m still here, waiting for mine after nearly four years.I can be shy when I first meet new people.
