PLEASE READ ENTIRE BIO BEFORE APPLYING! Meet Kai, a gorgeous 2 year old, 8 pound Pomeranian looking for a particular forever home. This little guy was crated 23 hours a day the first 2 years of his life before coming to rescue, and it left some lasting effects that a new owner must understand. He has some neurological issues like high stepping, excessive spinning, and dramatic vocal responses to unwanted handling.
