Winston

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

There is truly nothing more frustrating in dog rescue than when we get a call from a shelter that a dog who is microchipped to us has been located but the owner is not responding. That’s what happened to Winston. Winston got adopted as an older puppy 8 YEARS ago. We know who adopted him. But they are ignoring us. So we can only assume that he was dumped. Winston is about 9 years old.
