Lucy

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Hi there my name is Lucy, I am a 14yr old scarlet macaw. I came to the SPCA after my owner could no longer care for me. I am a little skittish but I am really smart and curious and can learn to love you. I need an experienced owner who understands what a lifelong commitment I am.
