Sage

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Sage’s story started last Christmas when she and her sister were found running scared in the street. Their finders brought them to animal control, and while her sister was quickly adopted, the loud shelter environment was overwhelming for sweet Sage. She became very anxious and unsure of the world around her. Thankfully, her finders came back for her and brought her home to decompress in a quieter space.
