Sammy

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Sammy – The Big Brother Sammy is proof that second chances can change everything. He was rescued from a high-intake shelter just moments before he was scheduled to be euthanized. A tiny bottle baby without his mom, his future looked uncertain—but thanks to a dedicated foster family, he was given the chance to grow up safe, loved, and cherished. As Sammy grew, he found himself taking on a new role: big brother.
