A face worth stopping for.

In the shelter’s words

Victor is an agile and speedy kitten. He loves climbing the scratching post and exploring anything he can get on top of. He’s always the first one at the food bowl and the last to leave. He also has a funny habit of falling asleep while sitting up. He’s solid black with a few cute, wispy white hairs on his legs.
