In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Phillus is a Female, Bichon who loves to give you kisses. She was surrendered when a breeder was closing her breeding operation. She is learning what life is like outside of a breeding facility, that play yards are fun, that playing with her kennel mates is fun, that people are not necessarily scary anymore. Good food and sunshine and only kindness is now a way of life.
