Meet Kelsey — A Little Girl Who Has Been Through So Much Kelsey is a 2–4-year-old female came in weighing just 20 pounds, and she was very underweight. She was picked up by Animal Control on a rural road, and it appears she had been on her own for quite some time. Kelsey was skin and bones and had abrasions on her head and back. We can only imagine what she has been through or how she ended up in this condition.
