Rocky

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

This boy and his brother, Toby, were born in November of 2021, and surrendered to us in August of 2022. The two of them had been running around a neighborhood and causing all kinds of havoc. Needless to say, they had no manners or training prior to coming in to us and the world was shut down during this time, so socialization was a problem.
