In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Bentley’s journey to rescue is one of survival, healing, and second chances. Bentley suffered a brutal attack by another dog that left him with a serious wound. His family immediately sought emergency veterinary care, where the injury was cleaned and Bentley was sent home. Unfortunately, the wound later became severely infected and it became clear that he needed much more extensive medical treatment.
