Meet Victoria and Sophia! These two beautiful girls are 4 months old and have quite a story. They were rescued as tiny babies from the streets of Puerto Rico. Their rescuer had originally planned to trap, spay, and release all four puppies because there simply aren't enough homes on the island. She released two, but when it came time to let Victoria and Sophia go, she just couldn't do it.
