Neymar

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Neymar is a handsome 2-year-old Border Collie with a big personality and plenty of opinions! This independent, strong-willed guy definitely knows what he wants and isn't afraid to let you know when he disagrees. He's also quite vocal and has mastered the art of the puppy-style temper tantrum—especially when he's asked to do something he doesn't want to do.
