Winnie has no idea that she’s special — but she is. To her, she’s just a happy, playful dog living her best life. Winnie was born with a cerebellum that didn’t fully develop in utero, a condition believed to be cerebellar hypoplasia. This affects her balance and gives her a uniquely wobbly, slightly unsteady way of walking. It doesn’t cause her pain, and it certainly doesn’t dim her spirit.
