Blossom needs a little understanding. You see, she still finds being approached scary at times--that will happen when you are on your own at a young age! She must have seen some things that frightened her, and she had to protect her sister also. Blossom may be wary when she doesn't know what is going to happen. . . but the thing is, if you hear a hiss, she doesn't mean it.
