Rosco

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

HOW DO YOU WAIT FIVE YEARS... AND STILL KEEP SMILING? My name is Roscoe, and I'm still waiting. Not because I'm a bad dog. Not because I don't know how to be part of a family. Simply because nobody has given me a chance. For the first three years, I was with a rescue that loved me, but sadly they had to close their doors. Through no fault of my own, I found myself searching for a new rescue.
