Penny

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Penny! Penny is a sweet young girl who we estimate to be around 6 months old, and she has already been through more than any puppy should have to endure. Penny came to us from Animal Control in Wisconsin after suffering a severe broken leg. Despite everything she has been through, this little girl continues to show us just how resilient and loving she is.
