Picasso

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Picasso — the reformed “bull in a china shop” turned certified beefcake. Picasso came to us from ACCT Philly several months ago weighing a heartbreaking 110 pounds with absolutely zero manners. At the time, this 7-year-old pitbull terrier mix was the definition of chaos wrapped in love. Since then, he has worked incredibly hard and officially reached his goal weight of 80 pounds — and honestly… he looks GOOD.
