Meet Kelly, aka Sissie! ❤️ Sweet little 4-month-old Kelly is one lucky pup! Kelly and her three siblings were found together all alone on the side of a rural road in the Houston area, but her days of being on her own are behind her. Kelly is an adorable, lovable little girl with the sweetest face and a whole lot of puppy charm! She absolutely loves kids and shows her excitement with the cutest full-body wiggles!
