Felicity

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Felicity — lovingly known as City — is the definition of a comeback queen. She came to us from the euthanasia list at Associated Humane Societies – Newark, where she was a total volunteer favorite and even built her own little fan club on TikTok. The moment you meet her, you’ll understand why. City is 2 yrs old and 63 pounds of pure love wrapped up in a “20-pound lap dog” mindset.
