Mater

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Mater, a 9-year-old, 79-lb. Labrador Retriever mix who is basically the definition of a gentle, easygoing love bug. Mater is house-trained, super chill, and incredibly sweet. His favorite place is right next to his human, preferably with someone giving him all the belly rubs he can get! He doesn’t ask for much—just some affection, a cozy spot to lounge, and the occasional adventure.
