Casper of MD

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Casper has come back in to rescue after 12 years as his owner is no longer able to care for him. He seems to like men more than woman however he does spend time with me but he prefers my boyfriend. He loves to take walks and seems to do pretty good. He is house broke but may have some accidents in the beginning as he is getting used to things and if other dogs in the home and if you're gone too long.
