Sugar is a peculiar kind of kitty. He is very shy, and after some time, he let's you pet him. Once you get to understand (slow approaches, etc), he can be handled, it does take a little time. He is not mean, but laid back, we don't know why he seems so untrusting, but love is the only option to give him the life and stability he needs.
