Meet Theodore, the sweetest kitten! Theodore is a special feline born with hydrocephalus. This gives Theodore a distinctive dome-shaped head and a distinctive walking motion. Theodore's symptions are very endearing - his gait looks like he's prancing when he walks, but that does not stop him from jumping and playing like a normal cat.
