Kona

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Kona is an intelligent pup who shines once she’s out of the kennel and in a calm space. While she can be quite reactive in her kennel—barking or jumping when overstimulated—it’s just her way of expressing stress in a loud, busy environment. Once leashed and out the door, Kona settles in and shows her true self: curious, alert, and eager to explore.
