In the shelter’s words · excerpt
Chi-Chi was a local stray saved after being placed on the top of a dumpster with no way to get down - how cruel! When he arrived, he weighed only 4.5lbs and he looked it! Since being in his foster home with good, nutritious food, receiving appropriate vetting exam, he has double his weight and the transformation is heartwarming and makes every rescuer smile with happy tears! (see photos for his glow-up)!!!!!
