Frank

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Frank has been through more than most dogs ever should—but you would never know it from his happy, loving personality. Frank was found as a puppy in March 2024 with a huge abscess on his head and an orbital fracture. After receiving the medical care he needed, he returned to his foster home to recover. Unfortunately, Frank’s bad luck continued when he was attacked by another dog.
