Tala- located in Texas

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Tala!Tala is a stunning black Belgian Malinois whose beauty is matched only by her incredible spirit. This spunky, energetic girl has overcome more than most dogs ever should. She was discovered abandoned in a backyard after her family moved away, left tethered with a rope embedded in her neck, surviving with little more than a container that occasionally collected rainwater.
