Celia

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Celia Celia is a sweet 1-year-old girl who is slowly discovering that humans aren’t so bad after all! She came to us semi-feral and is still learning how to feel comfortable around people, but of the two sisters, Celia is definitely the more outgoing one. She’s curious and a little braver about checking out what the humans are doing, but she still needs an adopter who understands that trust takes time.
