In the shelter’s words · excerpt

MEET TUGBOAT !!! This boy a roughly 4-year-old crate trained, house trained, and full of personality pup!! Anyone who meets him does quickly discover this big guy has no idea how big he is... He genuinely believes he’s a lap dog! And they love him for it. He is incredibly loving with the people he trusts and loves cuddles, kisses, belly rubs, toys, and car rides.
