In the shelter’s words · excerpt
LICORICE is one tiny little cow! Actually he's a lively little mixed breed boy looking for a home. He's a terrier mix-type, about 1 year old and fully grown at 12 pounds. What breeds? Really it's anyone's guess -- could be part rat terrier? Jack Russell terrier? chihuahua? Whatever the mix, Licorice is fun, energetic, friendly, good with other dogs, but one thing he's not is a lap dog. Licorice likes to GO.
