Penelope is a sweet brown tabby girl with beautiful white markings and a gentle demeanor that makes her impossible not to love. She’s a friendly kitten who enjoys playing, getting attention, and being close to her people. Penelope may be on the quieter side, but she still has plenty to say; she just prefers to chirp and trill rather than meow! Her soft, happy little sounds are one of her most charming qualities.
