In the shelter’s words
Penelope is a sweet brown tabby girl with beautiful white markings and a gentle demeanor that makes her impossible not to love. She’s a friendly kitten who enjoys playing, getting attention, and being close to her people. Penelope may be on the quieter side, but she still has plenty to say; she just prefers to chirp and trill rather than meow! Her soft, happy little sounds are one of her most charming qualities. Penelope is a playful sweetheart who's looking for a forever home where she can continue to grow into the wonderful companion she already is. If you’re looking for a sweet girl with a gentle personality and plenty of purrs, Penelope may be your perfect match! She would love to find a home with her brother, Cruz.
