Adoptions belong to shelters and rescues
Goodmorph is an independent discovery website. We are not an adoption agency, animal shelter, broker, or agent of any listing organization. We do not place animals, approve applications, collect adoption fees, or guarantee an adoption. Contact the source organization directly about availability, fees, health, behavior, eligibility, and meeting arrangements.
Listings and observations
Listings, photos, and source descriptions come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. A recent roster check is not a new examination of an animal or a guarantee that the animal is available. Listing age is not shelter intake time. Shelter reports and dated observations describe their stated context; neither guarantees behavior in another home.
The site is provided as available, without a warranty of listing accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Goodmorph and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this site, third-party listing content, or dealings with listing organizations.
This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Corrections, removal, and photo requests
Email morph@goodmorph.com with the subject Goodmorph listing removal. Include the Goodmorph link or source animal ID, the organization name, what should be corrected or removed, and your relationship to the organization or content. Please do not send identity documents, private adopter information, or credentials.
Organization opt-outs and content removals take priority. Requests from RescueGroups.org to remove an organization’s data are handled within one business day, independently of the scheduled feed refresh. Shelters, rescues, photographers, and other rights holders can use the same contact for takedowns or permission questions. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request.
Ordinary departures from a roster are different from removal requests: the profile becomes unavailable for discovery and is marked noindex, without assuming an adoption. Its shared page remains for up to 90 days, then returns an expired-listing page. A removal request can require earlier removal of the listing, photos, and cached copies.
Content rights and responsible use
Listing content remains the property of its respective owners. Permission to display it on Goodmorph does not grant visitors permission to republish it elsewhere. Use the original listing or share link, respect source terms, and obtain permission for other uses. Do not submit false observations, impersonate a shelter, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
