Meet Blizzy! Blizzy is a handsome boy with a story that began on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was rescued during the NYC blizzard in February, after spending months wandering the neighborhood wearing an old, dirty, and torn collar. The kind people who had been feeding Blizzy outside knew that the approaching blizzard was too dangerous for him to face alone, so they reached out for help.
