Tootsie

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Tootsie is a quiet, sensitive soul who takes her time getting to know the world. When meeting new people, she can be very shy and a bit aloof at first, preferring to observe from a safe distance. Loud noises can startle her, so she’s looking for a calm, peaceful home where life moves at a softer volume. What Tootsie truly needs is a patient, understanding adopter who will let her blossom on her own terms.
