Rupert

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Rupert is a handsome 16.2-hand Thoroughbred gelding with a sweet personality and a big, goofy heart. With only a few starts on the racetrack, Rupert quickly showed that the racing life wasn't really his calling-and we think he has something much better waiting for him. Rupert came to the SPCA as an owner surrender. He arrived emaciated and with very little experience with the world outside of racing.
