Howzer - ready for his happily ever after

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Howzer is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter. Meet Howzer! This sweet boy was found badly injured beneath someone’s home. He was broken, hurting, and in unimaginable pain, but even then, this brave pittie mix never growled or gave up. He seemed to know the people who found him were there to help.
