In the shelter’s words
Hello all my name is Squiggy!! I am a squiggly wiggly kinda of boy who is so full of fun!! I am fully vetted and am working on my house training. If I can get out frequently I do well and I will go potty on a leash. I am a little shy when I first meet people and will bark, but a little patience and some treats and I am a complete love bug. I met a new friend a few weeks ago and we went for a car trip and I slept like a baby on her lap. I loved sleeping under a blanket with her holding me like a baby. She could hold me any way she wanted and I was in complete heaven. I am fully vetted including being neutered. I was a little thin when I came into rescue, but I have filled out nicely and I am ready for my very own forever family. I play well with others, and sometimes I get so excited that I play nip and talk a lot. I would do best in a home without kids only because I am a little shy. Please go to www.allmuttsmatter.org to apply for me Squiggy!!!

Plan a visit with the source organization
Applications are reviewed by an AMMF volunteer, background checks are performed, vet and personal references checked, and a home visit is performed by an AMMF volunteer with applicant and all family members living in the home. All dogs older then 5 months are spayed/neutered, all shots up-to-date, microchipped, wormed, heartworm & lyme tested. Adoption fee for dogs older then 5 months is $295. Puppies up to 5 months old, the adoption fee is $300.00. Dogs and puppies who go to homes that have other pets and/or children, will stay on a foster-to-adopt basis for at least two weeks to insure that everyone adjusts well to each other and then if all is well, the adoption is finalized, which includes a legally binding contract signed by all parties. If for any reason, at anytime, the family cannot keep the dog, then he/she comes back to AMMF.
