In the shelter’s words

Meet Moo Moo — a gentle, bright-eyed lovebug ready to blossom.Moo Moo is a soft-hearted girl who may be shy at first, but with patience and kindness she truly shines. In foster care, she’s made wonderful progress — from being scared to explore the yard to confidently sniffing out every nook and cranny. Loud noises that once startled her now barely register, and each day she shows a little more trust in the world around her. Once Moo Moo feels safe, her affectionate side comes out in the sweetest ways. She’ll quietly approach for pets, curl up beside you on the couch, or hop into bed for hours of cozy cuddles. She sleeps soundly through the night and is fully house trained, crate trained, and knows how to sit on command.Don’t let her gentle nature fool you — Moo Moo also has a playful streak! She loves tug-of-war, zoomies, and endless games of fetch (be prepared to stock up on tennis balls). She’s polite about play, happily dropping the ball at your feet and ready for the next throw. It’s the perfect balance of calm companionship and joyful energy.Moo Moo can be cautious with new people and may voice a brief bark at first, but reassurance and treats quickly win her over. She has shown no signs of aggression and warms up nicely once she knows she’s safe. Because she’s still building confidence, she’ll thrive in a quiet, peaceful home with gentle handling and positive encouragement. She may do best as the only pet, where she can soak up all the love without feeling overwhelmed. If you have a patient heart and a soft spot for shy dogs who bond deeply, Moo Moo is ready to be your loyal, loving companion for life.
