In the shelter’s words
Snowball is a confident and vocal kitten with some serious acrobatic moves. He has three modes, cuddling, playing, and eating with great enthusiasm. When playing he'll sometimes carry small toys around in his mouth. If he's not preoccupied with one of those activities, he is making his way over to the nearest human, purring loudly. He has incredibly soft fur and enjoys belly scritches on occasion. Snowball needs to go to a home with another playful cat. He would love to be adopted with his foster sibling, Strudel. He's also fostered with his sister Cupcake and friend Momo. Snowball has not been around children, but he will likely do well with gentle children 12+. We estimate Snowball was born on April 1, 2026. Kitty Bio #1767MS-Sn. ▶️ scroll down for clip If you're interested in adopting Snowball, Strudel, Cupcake, Momo, or another of our cats, please fill out our adoption questionnaire at icraeastbay.org/adopt/how-to.

Plan a visit with the source organization
Potential adopters pick out a cat or kitten and fill out an application. There will be a short interview with one of our volunteers. Adoptions do not happen same day. We will arrange a time to visit your home and the foster parents and a volunteer will meet there. Our adoption fee structure is: Cats and kittens (under 8 years): $100 Cats (over 8 years): $75 Two cats adopted together: Full amount of the higher fee, half the amount of the lower or same fee. For example: a kitten and a cat (under 8) would be $100.00 + 50.00 = $150.00 We require that all cats be kept indoor only. We have an adoption contract.
