In the shelter’s words
Feyre (4 months old) Feyre is the most cautious of her siblings, and she prefers to watch humans from a distance for now. She is quite attached to her sister Elaine and likes to be near her for a source of comfort. She would do best with another cat to show her humans aren't as scary as she thinks. She is not picky about treats and will easily take any that you offer her. Kittens like Feyre need some special play time and socialization from a friendly and patient adopter. She'll especially need to burn off energy and bond with other kittens or good-natured, active adult cats because she is so shy. Consider adopting Feyre along with one or her littermates or another compatible kitten. Feyre needs another cat to help boost her confidence and learn that humans just want to love her. http://catscradleshelter.org/CCS/how-to-adopt/ An interview with the executive director is done prior to adoption. Not everyone is approved to adopt. Those that are approved have the cat for a 3 week trial period, where they can return cat and get a refund. Beyond that, we always want our cats back if the adoptive household can no longer care for it, but after 3 weeks, the adoption fee is not refunded. An adoption contract is completed prior to final adoption. Adoption fees are $118 including tax.
