Hi, I'm Mr. Bones! I may have an unusual name, but I'm a very ordinary cat in all the best ways. I'm friendly, affectionate, mellow, and easy to love. I enjoy spending time with people, getting attention, and simply being part of a family. One of my favorite things is companionship. Whether it's relaxing beside you on the couch, accepting a few head scratches, or quietly keeping you company throughout the day, I'm happiest when I'm near the people I care about. I also get along well with everyone I meet, making me an easy addition to many different types of homes. These days, I'm looking forward to finding a forever family where I can settle in, be loved, and enjoy all the comforts of home once again. I have so much love left to give and can't wait to share it with someone special. If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate companion with a kind heart and a calm personality, come meet me at M'Shoogy's. I think we could make each other's story a little happier.

We want to meet you and make sure we are making the right match for your situation as well as for the animal. Email or call us about which animal you are considering and we can make an appointment for you and the animal to meet. Visit the Adoption Information page at www.mshoogys.org to fill out our adoption application and email it to one of our volunteers. You can also print a copy, fill it out, and bring it with you to M'Shoogy's during our hours of operation, which are Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note that if you are applying to adopt a dog, we usually require that you have a fenced-in yard except in special situations. The cost to adopt includes shots and the cost of spaying/neutering. If you are adopting a dog we also ask that you purchase 6 months of heartworm preventative. It is sold by weight. If you check around, you'll find it is the lowest cost adoption service in the area.
