In the shelter’s words
Rowen may be small, but don't let his size fool you - he's a little powerhouse of personality! At just 1 year old and 38 lbs, Rowen is full of playful energy. This pup is the perfect mix of fun and affection, always ready for a game of fetch with his favorite squeaky ball, but just as happy to curl up for some cuddle time when the day winds down. Rowen is social with other dogs, walks well on a leash, and gets along with humans of all ages. Whether it's playtime at the park or a cozy movie night, he's just happy to be by your side. Rowen would thrive in an active home where he can play, bond, and be his affectionate self. Come meet this carefree boy and see if he's the missing piece to your family! Rowen's tail is wagging just thinking about it!
