In the shelter’s words

Meet Stormy! Don't let the name fool you — this girl is pure sunshine! Stormy is an absolutely adorable Chow/Lab mix, weighing in at around 30 lbs of boundless energy and heart. Stormy is about 2 years old, and she is just hitting her stride and ready to find the person — or people — she's going to love for the rest of her life. Stormy is the kind of dog who will be right by your side whether you're hitting the trails, exploring a new park, or just making a run to the coffee shop. She's your co-pilot, your adventure buddy, your biggest fan. This girl has loyalty written all over her, and once she's yours, she is yours — the kind of dog you'll wonder how you ever lived without. She's fully housebroken and ready to settle right into your home and your routine. She's got the energy to keep up with an active lifestyle and the heart to wind down with you at the end of the day. Stormy would absolutely thrive with a playful dog friend to match her enthusiasm, or with active owners who love getting outside and making memories. She's the dog who shows up for every single adventure — and a few cozy nights on the couch too. If you've been waiting for a loyal, loving, fun-sized adventure companion, Stormy is ready to write that story with you. Think Stormy might be your perfect match?
